A 19-year-old man, who hailed from Ruru, Gulmi, died in a road accident in Tilottama, Rupandehi, on Thursday morning.
Pariyar was on his way to school at Shanti Namuna Secondary School in Manigram when his motorcycle collided with a car at the Nayamill area near Janasewa Club.
He sustained serious injuries and succumbed to them during treatment, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Suraj Karki of the District Police Office, Rupandehi. Karki said the car has been impounded, and the driver has been detained for further investigation.
