Two dead, four injured in Sindhupalchok car crash
The Kathmandu-bound car skids off a hairpin bend and falls some 300 metres down, police say.

Two people died and four others were seriously injured when a car met with an accident in Sunkoshi Rural Municipality-7 along the Lamosangu-Jiri road section in the wee hours on Sunday.
According to Police Inspector Sanjeev Yadav, information officer of Sindhupalchok District Police Office, the Kathmandu-bound car skidded off the road from a hairpin bend and fell some 300 metres down at around 2am.
He said a 36-year-old man from Ramechhap and a 41-year-old man from Sindhupalchok died on the spot.
“Four injured, two children and two women, have been referred to Dhulikhel Hospital for treatment,” said Inspector Yadav.
Police said the cause of the accident is not clear and further investigation is underway.
