Vote counting to begin today in Bhaktapur constituencies

Vote counting in both House of Representatives constituencies of Bhaktapur is set to begin Thursday evening, district officials said.
Umesh Kumar Dhakal, chief district officer of Bhaktapur, said that preparations are underway to start the counting after ballot boxes from all polling centres across the district were collected and transported to the designated counting venues.
The vote count for Bhaktapur Constituency-1 will take place at the Nepal Electricity Authority premises in Kharipati, while the counting for Constituency-2 will be conducted at the Agricultural Development Bank training centre in Bode, Madhyapur Thimi.
Dhakal said an all-party meeting will be held before the counting process begins.
Authorities have arranged security measures at both counting centres, including fencing and CCTV surveillance, to ensure a safe and transparent process.
