Indian Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra and National Security Advisor of India Ajit Doval made a courtesy call on Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Wednesday.
Dahal, who is on a four-day trip to India, was visited by the Indian diplomats at the New Delhi-based Maurya Hotel, where he is staying after his arrival at the Indian Capital earlier in the afternoon.
Prime Minister Dahal was welcomed at the Indira Gandhi International Airport by India’s Minister of State for Culture Meenakshi Lekhi.
This is Dahal’s first “official” visit since assuming office in December last year.
Dahal, who is serving his third term as the country’s premier, is set to meet his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on Thursday.
