SALYAN: Transportation along the Salyan-Tulsipur section of Rapti Highway has been closed for nine hours each day for road upgradation work. According to Area Traffic Police Office in Tulsipur, the Salyan-Tulsipur stretch will remain closed from 1am to 5am and 11am to 4pm until May 8. A construction company started work on the stretch to widen the road at several bends that are prone to road accidents. (PR)
