Police have arrested a 33-year-old man on charge of raping an 81-year-old woman in Raghuganga Rural Municipality, Myagdi. The suspect was running away from the woman’s house after committing the crime when he was captured by locals and handed over to police on Friday night. The woman, who suffers from hearing and speech impairments, was taken to the District Hospital for medical test, police said. (PR)
