A proposal has been registered at Province 3 secretariat demanding that Bhaktapur be made the provincial capital.
The proposal was registered by CPN-UML Province Assembly members Shashi Jung Thapa and Hari Lamichhane on Monday.
Earlier, Province Assembly members of Kavre and Nuwakot had also registered proposals demanding that their districts be made the provincial capital.
