A father, along with his son, has been arrested on charge of murdering his daughter at Sarlahi on Tuesday.

According to police, they have arrested father Shivaji Mahato Koiri, 51, and son Binod Mahato of Ghurkauli, Hariban Municipality on charges of killing Samtoliya Devi, 25.

The police have suspected that the father-son duo might have committed the crime after finding out about an alleged illicit affair of Samtoliya Devi.
