3 injured as truck plunges off Dhading's Hugdi Khola bridge
At least three people were injured when a cargo truck fell off the Hugdi Khola Bridge in Jogimara, Dhading on Tuesday.At least three people were injured when a cargo truck fell off the Hugdi Khola Bridge in Jogimara, Dhading on Tuesday.
The truck, Na 6 Kha 4738, en route to Chitwan from Kathmandu collided with a tractor Na 5 Ta 9156, at around 6am this motning and plunged down the bridge injuring the driver and the conductor, informed police.

According to Gajuri Area Police Office, the injured have been identified as driver Prakash Shrestha, conductor Dilip Sapkota of Sindhipalchok and tractor passenger Niraj Chepang of Dhading. They are undergoing medical treatment at the local health post.
Earlier, three people had lost their lives after a truck plunged from the same bridge about a month ago.
As per the police records, around half a dozen vehicles fall off the bridge along the road section every year.
