The SAARC Standing Committee meeting has begun here on the eve of 37th SAARC Council of Ministers' meeting.
The Standing Committee meeting is on under the chairmanship of Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Shankar Das Bairagi. Foreign and External Affairs Ministry secretaries of all eight member countries of SAARC are participating in the meeting.
Discussion would be held in the meeting on various issues including the proposal 'Youth Charter' regarding resolving problems of youth unemployment in SAARC region.
