A relief camp set-up by China in Tudikhel, Kathmandu is housing hundreds of such earthquake survivors. It is known that 760 people are still staying in tents.
Many lives have been left in lurch since the devastating earthquake rocked the nation on April 25. While a majority of earthquake affected populace has started to get back to their normal life, a few earthquake survivors are still bearing the brunt of the earthquake. They are forced to rely on the relief materials with no place to live and no work to do.
A relief camp set up by China in Tudikhel, Kathmandu, is housing hundreds of such earthquake survivors. A total of 760 people are still staying in the tents.
According to Nepal Army Colonel Prog Jung Rana, only 350 people are genuine earthquake victims. He added that they were initiating a process to allow only 350 survivors to stay in the Tundikhel camp until the next decision from the government.
