The single bench of judge Lilaraj Adhikari slapped the convict with 31 years of imprisonment on Monday. Shahi raped a 70-year-old woman and murdered her some seven months ago at her residence in Latikoili-7, Surkhet. The convict also whisked away her belonging after the crime.
