inDrive, a leading ride-hailing app in Nepal, opened its official office in Kathmandu on Friday.
The new office will serve as a central hub for a range of services aimed at empowering the driver community and improving the overall inDrive experience, the company said.
“With the launch of this space, inDrive will now provide in-person driver support and training, community and safety-focused initiatives, localised marketing and partnership programmes, and operational support tailored to the local market.”
Regular training sessions will be conducted at the new office to equip drivers with the knowledge and tools needed to grow professionally and deliver the highest level of service.
Additionally, according to the company, drivers can now visit the office directly if they face any issues or simply wish to speak with a team member in person—an important step toward building stronger relationships and mutual trust.
“We are excited to open our doors to our driver partners and the community here in Kathmandu,” said Mark Tolley, regional director for APAC at inDrive.
Rita Pokhrel, director of inDrive Nepal, said, “By investing in localised support and listening to our drivers, we’re building a platform that truly works for the people. We’re proud to open our doors here in Kathmandu.”
