NEPSE rebounds after six-day slump, index rises by 19.30 points
Benchmark index climbs by 0.74 percent; turnover exceeds Rs7.35 billionbookmark

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index reversed its downward trend on Monday, gaining 19.30 points to close at 2,628.36. This marks a 0.74 percent increase after six consecutive sessions of decline.
Market activity showed renewed optimism as share prices of 185 listed companies increased, while 60 saw a decline. Two companies recorded no change in their stock prices.
According to NEPSE, a total of 16.2 million shares were traded through 71,287 transactions, with the daily turnover amounting to Rs7.35 billion.
Most sub-indices ended in positive territory, indicating broad-based gains across the market.
