Prez Bhandari hold talks with UAE crown prince in Abu Dhabi

During the meeting, matters related to mutual benefits and bilateral relations were discussed, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Issues related to infrastructure, tourism and agriculture development and prospects of foreign investment in these sectors in Nepal also featured during the talks, the ministry added.
President Bhandari laid stress on making the bilateral mechanism between two countries stronger and effective for the use of waters of the Himalayas and promoting tourism and developing infrastructure, according to the ministry. “She noted that the Nepali migrant workers in the UAE were supporting their family and the society at large through employment there,” the ministry said.
President Bhandari reached Abu Dhabi on Monday. She was received and welcomed by Nasser Thani al-Hameli, Minister for Human Resources and Emiratisation of the UAE. Amal al-Quibaisi, speaker of the Federal National Council of the UAE, paid a courtesy call on President Bhandari on Tuesday.
