A wild elephant destroyed two houses in Urlabari, Jhapa, on Saturday night, destroying property worth around Rs. 1.2 million.
Houses belonging to Balbir Thapa and Santa Dhimal in Jharsadi, Urlabari-1 were destroyed by the elephant that entered into the human settlement from a nearby jungle, according to Inspector Chandra Bahadur Thapa of the Area Police Office, Urlabari. RSS
