Speaking at a programme organised to mark Christmas festival in the Capital on Thursday, Nembang conceded the fact that the talks between the parties have stretched too long. “The dialogue between the parties has protracted. People are keenly waiting to know the positive end of talks,” said Nembang.
The CA chairman reiterated that the new constitution could be promulgated by amending the CA regulations cutting the calendar short.
Nembang said Nepal can’t revert back from its current state of secular federal republic set-up. He said Nepal will be turned into a common garden of all religions.
