Receiving a 15-point memorandum submitted by the Central Committee of All Nepal Nationalities Conference in the Capital on Sunday, Nembang said the task of constitution promulgation should be taken as an opportunity to ensure stability to the achievements of different movements.
"For this, all political parties should be united. People also should create a positive pressure by participating in good association," he added.
The 15-point memorandum includes demand for timely constitution, secular state, revolutionary land reforms among others.
