A man died in a bus accident at Chiuri of Bheri Municipality Ward 1 along the Bheri Corridor section.

A bus en route to Nepalgunj from Dolpa hit Suresh Mahar, a local, the police said.

According to the Deputy Superintendent of Police Purushottam Pandey, Suresh injured in the accident was taken to the hospital where he breathed his last.

Police have impounded the vehicle and taken the bus driver into custody for further investigation.
