Nepal reports 119 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 984,840 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 2,191.Post Report
Nepal on Wednesday reported 89 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 999,046.
Similarly, 30 people tested positive in a total of 2,129 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Wednesday, 5,914,224 PCR and 1,389,623 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,955 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country did not report any Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 12,015 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 984,840 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 130 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 2,191.
In the past 24 hours, eight new infections were reported in Province 1, three in Madhesh Province, 63 in Bagmati, 10 in Gandaki, five in Lumbini.
Nepal on Tuesday reported 87 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases. Similarly, 127 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and one death was recorded on Monday and 89 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Sunday.
