Nepal reports 203 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 984,710 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 2,232.Post Report
Nepal on Tuesday reported 87 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 998,957.
Similarly, 116 people tested positive in a total of 3,759 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Tuesday, 5,912,269 PCR and 1,387,494 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,300 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country did not report any Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 12,015 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 984,710 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 126 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 2,232.
In the past 24 hours, seven new infections were reported in Province 1, four in Madhesh Province, 51 in Bagmati, 11 in Gandaki, four in Lumbini, one in Karnali and nine in Sudurpaschim.
Nepal on Monday reported 127 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases. Similarly, 89 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and two deaths were recorded on Sunday and 112 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Saturday.
