Nepal reports 142 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 983,333 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 2,528.Post Report
Nepal on Sunday reported 116 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 997,868.
Similarly, 26 people tested positive in a total of 1,694 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Sunday, 5,896,667 PCR and 1,365,334 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,756 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country did not report any Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 12,007 since the pandemic began.

In the past 24 hours, three new infections were reported in Province 1, one in Madhesh Province, 92 in Bagmati, 15 in Gandaki, three in Lumbini and two in Karnali.
Nepal on Saturday reported 92 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and two deaths. Similarly, 134 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and three deaths were reported on Friday and 180 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and one death were recorded on Thursday.
