Nepal reports 444 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 980,245 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 4,199.Post Report
Nepal on Thursday reported 211 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 996,442.
Similarly, 233 people tested positive in a total of 2,958 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Thursday, 5,880,355 PCR and 1,346,194 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,996 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country reported three Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 11,998 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 980,245 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 307 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 4,199.
In the past 24 hours, 17 new infections were reported in Province 1, 10 in Madhes Province, 143 in Bagmati, seven in Gandaki, 19 in Lumbini, one in Karnali and 14 in Sudurpaschim.
Nepal on Wednesday reported 242 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and one death. Similarly, 343 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and one death were recorded on Tuesday and 405 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and one death were reported on Monday.
