Ten arrested on gambling charges in Lamjung
Police seize Rs272,335 and gambling dice in late-night raid.

Police arrested 10 individuals on gambling charges at a private residence in ward 3 of Besishahar Municipality, Lamjung, on Friday night.
A police team led by Inspector Tul Bahadur Shrestha made the arrests at around 1:30am, said District Police Chief Deputy Superintendent of Police Nishant Srivastava. Police seized Rs272,335 and gambling dice from the suspects.
The suspects were brought to the District Police Office around 4am on Saturday.
Police said they would file gambling charges and seek a remand extension from the District Administration Office to continue legal proceedings following the Tihar holiday.
