Gorkha
The rescuers retrieved four bodies of the five people missing in a landslide at Resphant in Ward 5 of Dharche Rural Municipality in Gorkha district on Monday.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Ramesh Kumar Shrestha, bodies of Sulal Kanchha Gurung, 70, his son Jit Bahadur Gurung, 37, daughter-in-law Kanchhi Gurung, 35, Ramesh Gurung, 33, were recovered.
Ramesh Pariyar, 24, is still missing in the incident. The body of Kanchhi Gurung was recovered on the bank of the Trishuli river at Gandaki Rural Municipality-8 while three other bodies were retrieved at the incident site.
