A youth was found dead at Badgaun of Galkot Rural Municipality-9 in Baglung district on Wednesday.
The body of 24-year-old Nabin Gautam was recovered from a drainage ditch along the Mid-Hill Highway on Wednesday morning.
Multiple injuries have been found on the face of the victim, said Police Inspector Thaman Singh Rana.
Gautam was involved in soling work, police said.
The reason behind the incident is yet to be ascertained. Police suspect foul play and further investigation into the matter is underway.
