A pedestrian was killed in a road accident in Syangja on Monday.
Thirty-year-old Ajit Bote died on the spot after being hit by a bus in Aadhimuhan of Kaligandaki Rural Municipality at around 9:45am on Monday, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Indra Bahadur Rana, also spokesperson at the district police office.
Police have taken the bus driver into custody for investigation.
