Two dead in Kaski motorcycle accident

Two youths from Lamjung died in a motorcycle accident in Rupa Rural Municipality-6 of Kaski district on Saturday.
According to police, the motorcycle heading to Rupa Lake from Pokhara Metropolitan City-32 skidded off the road and fell some 80-90 metres down the road at around 3:45pm causing the fatalities.
Two men aged 29 and 24 from Dudhpokhari Rural Municipality of Lamjung succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Shravan Kumar BK, information officer of Kaski District Police Office, the youths breathed their last while receiving treatment at Gandaki Hospital in Pokhara. Doctors pronounced them dead at around 5:30pm.
Police said overspeeding might be the reason for the accident.
