Two die in jeep accident in Baglung

At least two people died in a jeep accident in Kathekhola Rural Municipality of Baglung district on Wednesday.
According to the police, a jeep, heading towards Baglung from Galkot fell off the road in Bihu in the rural municipality along the Mid-Hill Highway.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Madan KC informed that two people died on the spot as the driver of the jeep lost control and fell some 500 meters down the cliff in Thulodhunga.
The police are yet to ascertain the identity of the victims.
A joint team of Nepal Police from Dhamja and Akshete police stations have reached the incident site and recovered the bodies.
The bodies are being brought to Baglung Bazar-based Dhaulagiri Hospital for postmortem.
