The three fixtures of the Martyrs Memorial A-Division League scheduled for Saturday have been postponed till Sunday due to heavy rain and wet outfield, All Nepal Football Association said.

Himalayan Sherpa Club and Tribhuvan Army Club had played for 27 minutes into the second half at Dasharath Stadium when the match was halted, with the score line at 1-1.

Meanwhile, the match between Sankata Club and leaders Jawalakhel Youth Club at the Chyasal Stadium was put off after five minutes into the second half. Jawalakhel were leading 1-0 when the rain stopped the play.

The late fixture between Church Boys United and Manang Marshyangdi Club scheduled at the Dasharath Stadium was postponed before the start.

“The remaining minutes of Match no 88 (Sherpa vs Army) will be played at the Dasharath Stadium at 16:30 NST and Match 89 (Sankata vs Jawalakhel) will be played at the ANFA Complex at 13:00 NST on Sunday. Match 91 (Church Boys vs Manang) will be played at the ANFA Complex at 15:30 NST,” ANFA said on its Facebook page.

The match between Machhindra Club and Satdobato Youth Club will be played at the Dasharath Stadium at 18:00 NST as scheduled.
