National Sports Council is organising the ‘Kathmandu Marathon Sports Fair’ on October 12 and 13. The two-day event will take place at the National Sports Council ground.

According to the organisers, they aim to develop a platform where a sports enthusiast can find equipment, sports gear, clothing, information on any sports, and anything related through the event.

Over 30 national sports associations, 20 sports commercial companies and 200 schools (from Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Kirtipur and Thimi) will participate in the event. Visitors can also check out the health and fitness information desks, food stalls, and various sports demonstrations—including Wushu and gymnastics at the fair’.
