Hyatt Place Kathmandu is gearing up for the opening of its much-anticipated food festival, Padharo Sa, on July 7. This week-long event aims to transport guests on a delectable journey through the authentic tastes and vibrant culture of Rajasthan. This follows the success of last month’s showcase of the cuisine of Lucknow.

The festival is taking place at Zing-World of Flavours, the multi-cuisine restaurant at Hyatt Place Kathmandu. Renowned Indian chef Girish Singh Rajawat is curating the exquisite dining experience.

The festival will commence with a grand Rajasthani buffet dinner on the opening day, allowing guests to savour an extensive selection of authentic Rajasthani dishes. From the second day onwards, the restaurant will serve ala carte dinners, providing a diverse range of culinary delights to suit every palate.

To create an immersive ambience reminiscent of Rajasthan’s royal heritage, live Rajasthani music will accompany guests during their evening meals.
