International Jazz Day

The Nico Weber Quartet and Juliana Rodrigues take the stage to celebrate International Jazz Day organised by Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory. Papon Live Concert

Papon, one of India's finest singers, will perform in Nepal for the first time. Featuring hits like Kyun, Moh Moh ke dhaage, Bulleya and more, Dynamix band performs the first act, followed by the folk music of Jhuma Limbu and Sandup Poudel. Papon will be on stage around 10pm. After his performance, the DJ will continue the music until 2am.

Dāphā Dhukū Pāsā Applications
Dāphā Dhukū, a collective of dāphā khalahs from Kirtipur Municipality, in collaboration with Folk Lok, a community-based music program, has announced a callout for Dāphā Dhukū Pāsā Program.
Dāphā Dhukū Pāsā Program is a year-long youth arts program and is open to youths living in Kathmandu between the ages of 20 to 35 years who practice dāphā and are interested in careers in the creative expression of indigenous music and knowledge.
Interested individuals can apply through an online form available on Dāphā Dhukū’s social media pages. The deadline for application is April 30.
