‘Karnali Utsav: Kuda Karnali’, a three-day event that will discuss various issues of Karnali province, kicked off at Bulbule garden in Birendranagar on Friday.

Karnali Chief Minister Raj Kumar Sharma inaugurated the fourth edition of the event.

Organiser termed the event as a common ground for brainstorming for the economic, social and political transformation of Karnali. A total of 16 sessions will be held during the event.
