Three people were injured in a fire that broke out in a warehouse at Dhobighat in Lalitpur on Wednesday.

According to the Metropolitan Police Division Sanepa, the injured were taken to Star Hospital for initial treatment. Preparations are on to take them to Kirtipur Hospital for further treatment, said police.

The warehouse was run by Bachhu Sah, an Indian citizen, said ASI Prakash Rayamajhi of the Metropolitan Police Division Sanepa.

Most of the goods in the warehouse were destroyed in the inferno. The fire has been taken under control, said police.
