Businesspersons shutdown Bagh Bazar area in protest of ban on roadside parking
Businesspeople and traders on Thursday closed shops in the area against the Kathmandu Metropolitan City’s decision.

Businesspeople and traders on Thursday closed the Bagh Bazaar area protesting against Kathmandu Metropolitan City’s decision to ban parking on roadsides.
The protestors demanded the metropolis take its decision back.
The transportation and traffic remained at a standstill in that area for about three hours. However, the buses resumed services after around 4 pm.
