Advocate Hari Krishna Karki has been appointed to the post of the Attorney General.

President Ram Baran Yadav appointed Karki as the attorney general under the provision of Article 157 (2) of the constitution on the recommendation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

Advocate Karki is the permanent resident of Mankha-1, Okhaldhunga district. Karki is the president of Nepal Bar Association, an umbrella organization of the lawyers.
