A man who had been missing since Sunday was found dead in ward 4 of Bhimdatta Municipality on Tuesday.
The body of 37-year-old Chandra Bahadur Bista was recovered from a canal of the Mahakali Irrigation Project, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Prakash Dangi.
Further investigation into the matter is underway.
