Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Narayan Kaji Shrestha was discharged from the Bansbari-based Shahid Gangalal National Heart Centre on Sunday.
Doctors attending to the deputy prime minister discharged him following a significant improvement in his health, according to the statement by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

According to the statement, Shrestha’s health is now normal.
In October, Shrestha, who was in Beijing to participate in the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, was hospitalised following acute myocardial infarction. He was discharged from the hospital after undergoing treatment for five days.
