Booking open for luxury apartment building Karma Residences

Good Karma Group of Companies launched Karma Residences at an event in Kathmandu on Monday.
Karma Tenzing, chairman of the group shared his experience on how he envisioned constructing a luxury apartment building in Nepal for the refined tastes of the well-travelled and well-educated Nepali clientele.
According to the press release issued by the group, Karma Residences consists of 162 luxury apartments in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu with architecture and design services by world-class international consultants, UNA in Mumbai.
It features viscous wall dampers for earthquake protection for the first time in Nepal.
Prices start from Rs4 crore and potential buyers can pick from units sized from 2.5 BHK to 3.5 BHK.
