Sharma, a long-time patient of diabetes and heart disease, succumbed to his illness in course of treatment at the hospital.

However, Sharma’s last rites will be performed after his grandson arrives from Canada a few days later, entrepreneur Banwarilal Mittal informed.

Sharma started his business career from a sweets shop at Indrachowk in 2001.

Sharma is father-in-law of the Nepali billionaire tycoon Binod Chaudhary.
