Four Nepal Army soldiers injured while battling forest fire

Four soldiers of the Nepal Army sustained injuries while trying to extinguish a forest fire in Dolpa district on Monday.
According to the Dolpa District Police Office, the soldiers suffered burn injuries while battling the fire at Mastabhavani Community Forest in Thulibheri Municipality-3 of the district.
The injured are 30-year-old Bijay Koirala, 38-year-old Keshar Bahadur Darja Magar, 23-year-old Ashish Budha, and 28-year-old Hemant Rawat.
They have been taken to Kathmandu for treatment via a Nepali Army helicopter. The condition of three of the injured soldiers is critical, police said.
The army personnel from Devi Datta Battalion were mobilised after the fire that started on Sunday went out of control on Monday due to strong wind.
