Nepal reports 63 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 985,234 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 1,966.Post Report
Nepal on Saturday reported 35 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 999,216.
Similarly, 28 people tested positive in a total of 2,166 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Saturday, 5,919,224 PCR and 1,395,980 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,574 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country did not report any Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 12,016 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 985,234 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 131 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 1,966.
In the past 24 hours, two new infections were reported in Province 1, one in Madhes Province, 24 in Bagmati, four in Gandaki and four in Lumbini.
Nepal on Friday reported 60 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and one death. Similarly, 75 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded on Thursday and 89 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Wednesday.
