Nepal reports 19 new Covid-19 cases

Nepal on Tuesday reported 18 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 979,022.
Similarly, one person tested positive in a total of 632 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Tuesday, 5,674,251 PCR and 1,182,841 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 3,565 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country did not report any Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 11,952 since the pandemic began.

In the past 24 hours, seven new infections were reported in Bagmati, three in Madhesh, two each in Province 1, Gandaki and Lumbini and one each in Sudurpaschim and Karnali.
Nepal on Monday reported six new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases. Similarly, seven new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded on Sunday and two new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded on Saturday.
