A fire broke out on Friday in the two-storey house of local Naveen Pun in ward 2 of Vinaya Triveni Rural Municipality, Nawalparasi East. The blaze resulted in the deaths of three goats and two buffaloes.

The fire also caused significant damage to the property.

 Residents, police, and rural municipality officials collaborated, using a water tanker to bring the fire under control.

Authorities are currently assessing the full extent of the damage, and an investigation is underway.
