Bhaktapur
Two people died of suffocation while digging a well in Changunarayan Municipality-4 of Bhaktapur district on Wednesday.
The deceased have been identified as Sandesh Sunuwar, 28, and his uncle Deepak Sunuwar, 46, of Umakunda Rural Municipality-4 in
Ramechhap district, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajan Karki of Bhaktapur District Police Range.
According to him, both were pronounced dead by doctors after they were taken to Bhaktapur Hospital by rescuers.
Further investigation into the incident is underway and bodies have been kept at the Hospital for post-mortem, he said.
