Nischal Shrestha and Shristi Gurung have won the titles of Mister and Miss College during a finale held at the premises of Pokhara Sabhagriha over the weekend. With the titles, the winners walked away with a cash purse of Rs 50, 000 each, along with gift hampers.

Likewise, Anish Senchury and Monika Paneru were awarded the runner-up titles; both of whom walked away with a cash purse of Rs 10, 000 each. Karan Gurung and Nikita Shrestha were announced the winners of the second-runner up title, while Rajesh Tilija Pun and Binju Tilija Pun were awarded with the third runner-up title. Also, Nischal Shrestha and Sarina Thapa won the Viewer’s Choice Award during the finale.

The finale was judged by an adjudication panel including former Miss Nepal Usha Khadki, Kiran KC of the local Pratibha Higher Secondary and Om Raj Poudel of the Pokhara Sub Metropolitan City. The pageant was organised to encourage collegians to participate in extra-curricular activities, according to organiser, Ghospel Multimedia.
