Nepal Army marks 261st Army Day in Tundikhel

Nepal Army personnel demonstrated spectacular performances in Tundikhel, Kathmandu on Friday organised to mark Army Day and the Hindu festival Mahashivaratri.
President Ramchandra Paudel, who is also the Supreme Commander of the national army, laid a wreath on the army monument and received a guard of honour accorded by the army troupe.
The army personnel displayed different skills, played musical instruments and performed arts and dances as part of the celebration. A march past, physical training and taekwondo were also displayed.
