Squatters on Friday staged a protest in the Capital demanding the government stop their eviction without ensuring an alternative for permanent settlement.

Protestors marched from Maitighar Mandala to New Baneshwar carrying placards with different messages during the protest organised by the United National Squatters Front. They have also demanded the government withdraw ‘fake cases’ against the campaigners.
