Stag coach Naresh Rawal conducted a six-day long table tennis programme to mark the World Table Tennis Day that falls on April 6.
Rawal, the only official table tennis promoter of Nepal recognised by the International Table Tennis Foundation in Germany, conducted various drills, skill-oriented strokes, multi ball activities and demonstration of playing strokes among others.
The event that took place from April 3 to 8 at the Dynamic School in Kathmandu saw participation of around 100 children aged between 6 and 16 years.
Rawal, who is also an ITTF level 2 international coach and umpire, distributed bats, balls and tennis kits to the participants under the banner of Stag Saroj's Table Tennis 4 All club.
The final day of the event featured tournaments of various categories for boys and girls. The winners of the event were given medals and certificates by All Nepal Table Tennis Association President Chaturananda Rajvaidya.
